Contacting the Firm
Because of the complexities of immigration law, we believe that providing a quick response based on limited information might do more harm than good. Therefore, we can not answer specific immigration questions of non-clients unless a consultation is scheduled.
To set up a consultation appointment with any of the firm's immigration lawyers in our Michigan office, please call us at (248) 406-4100, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can perform initial consultations in person, or via telephone.
You may, if you prefer, provide us with information beforehand so that we will have it ready during the consultation. In such case, please complete our initial Short Form Questionnaire online (below). After sending us the Questionnaire, please contact us by phone or email to schedule the consultation appointment.
We charge a $200.00 fee for an initial consultation, which typically involves a meeting, or a phone conference, usually for about an hour with an attorney. If you need the consultation to be held on a weekend or outside of our normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), the consultation fee is $300. The fee for a consultation at a corporate client’s site is $300 to $400 depending on the location.
Kindly note that immigration law changes continuously, and, we are not responsible for any changes occurring subsequent to the initial consultation. Accordingly, if we are not hired for further service, we will be unable to keep in contact with or update you on new developments. There is no relationship without entering into a representation agreement.
All information will remain confidential.
After sending this form, please contact us by phone or email to schedule a consultation appointment.
