Ms. Kaur is an active member of the California State Bar. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento in 2018. In 2021, she obtained her Legum Baccalaureus with First Division from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She passed the California State Bar and became a practicing attorney in August 2024.
While studying law, Ms. Kaur interned with Nitin Goyal & Co. where she conducted legal research and drafted persuasive arguments concerning social reforms in India. Ms. Kaur also gained experience in preparing and interpreting various family-based immigration forms as well as providing translation services in the last 10 years.
Ms. Kaur believes that immigrants play a great role in supporting and maintaining America’s economic and social strength. America is a sanctuary, a hope for survival for those who face violations of their human rights in other parts of the world. Ms. Kaur is very passionate about helping individuals come to the U.S. and realize the opportunities this great nation provides.
She is focused on various areas of immigration law, including family, business, and humanitarian.
Ms. Kaur is multilingual with proficiency in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
