Rebecca Noeske

Rebecca Noeske received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. She graduated with distinction in 2017 and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Rebecca subsequently received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2021. In law school, her studies focused primarily on business law and immigration law. She participated in Georgetown’s Business Law Scholars program and served as a Senior Editor on the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, the only student-edited law journal in the country dedicated entirely to the study of immigration and international migration matters. In the summer of 2019, Rebecca interned in the chambers of the Honorable Bridget M. McCormack, then Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court. The following summer, she interned for Prosecutors’ Center for Excellence, a non-profit organization that strives to implement best prosecutorial practices in order to improve efficiency and fairness in the criminal justice system.

After finishing law school, Rebecca began her career as an Immigration Attorney in 2021. She has since gained experience at several law firms, representing clients in a wide range of immigration matters. Her practice focuses on cases in both the business-based and family-based immigration contexts, including cases involving H-1B Specialized Workers, L-1 Intracompany Transferees, E-1/E-2 Treaty Traders and Investors, Mexican and Canadian TN Professionals, and employment and family-based green cards. Rebecca is a member of the Michigan Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
